Internships/Career Development
Hewitt’s paid internships and career development opportunities (co-ops) give you hands-on experience working for one of the world’s leading HR consulting and outsourcing companies. You’ll learn about the various aspects of HR consulting and outsourcing, and use your skills to contribute to the business. In many cases, our interns become full-time associates upon completion of the internship and/or after they graduate.
Assignments generally last four to 16 months, depending on the business need. All internships are paid positions and may be eligible for achievement-based bonuses.
