HR Outsourcing
Hewitt’s HR Outsourcing business enables clients to outsource their entire HR function—or various components of it depending on business needs. Solutions include benefits, retirement, and HR business process outsourcing, as well as additional stand-alone solutions.
- Benefits Outsourcing—We administer health care plans for more than 7 million employees and retirees. Our solutions remove the hassle of benefits administration for our clients and make benefits enrollment easy for participants.
- Retirement Outsourcing—We administer defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans—the foundation of retirement income for millions. We help plan sponsors maximize participant retirement outcomes, minimize fiduciary risk, and control total plan costs—while helping participants make smart choices about their retirement.
- HR Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO)—We provide solutions to manage employee data for payroll, record keeping, compensation administration, and employee performance.
- Additional stand-alone outsourcing solutions—Our additional stand-alone point solutions include leave management and spending account administration.

Corporate Services
Hewitt’s Corporate Services associates help the Consulting and HR Outsourcing practices function successfully. Associates in this practice are focused on Finance, HR, Global Technology, and other service-based professions.
- Finance—We support all Hewitt businesses and corporate departments with financial expertise in areas ranging from strategic partnering on investment decisions, to forecasting and reporting business results, to processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- HR—Our goal is to help internal clients navigate through challenge and change in a variety of areas, including measurement, total rewards, development, and recruiting.
- Global Technology—We provide strategy and delivery of technology to support our clients and associates across all Hewitt businesses. Associates work globally, with a significant presence in North America and India.
